About Me

   Right now I am in college majoring in Physics.  I’ve always liked to tinker, so the locost build is just the kind of thing I would be into.  I first found out about the locost scene about 2 years ago when Car and Driver ran a few page feature on the locost community.  It really sparked my interest and I quickly got into the action.  With in a few months I had an engine, transmission, axle, and 200+ft of steel in my garage.  Yeah, the bug bit me good.  The build has been off and on ever since.  Being in college can be hard on projects as large as the locost.  The only time I can work on it is during summers between my jobs.  Hopefully this summer will be very productive.  I am hoping to get a rolling chassis going by the time the fall semester starts up.  Should be a lot of fun!
